This Reaction Paper should have the students name in the upper right-hand corner, be double spaced, have one-inch margins, and use Times New Roman 12-point font. In addition, this Reaction Paper should have a brief, meaningful title centered at the beginning of the paper (no titles like Reaction Paper 4) and citations should conform to APA or MLA guidelines (assignments are linked to Turnitin). Likewise, this Reaction Paper should be no less than two (2) and not exceed three (3) pages in length (title, abstract, works cited, and appendices sections will not be considered for the minimum page count). A rubric outlining required response criteria for this Reaction Paper is summarized in embedded rubric below. Ultimately, the required response criteria (questions) were derived from Chapter 14 in the Whitehead and Lab text in conjunction with the news story entitled, Broken: Juvenile crime called public health crisis.
